Amesh Adlja is a senior scholar for Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. Amesh recieved his bachelors in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University before completing his M.D in Medicin from the American Universtiy of the Caribbean. After completing his studies Amesh completed his residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh. He is still an active part time Emergency Medicine Physcian at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Butler Memorial Hospital while also working as a infectious disease physician working on pandemic policy, emerging infections and preventing bioterrorism.
