Ildiko Schreiber is the Operational Manager at the Thrombosis Service Isala Zwolle, where she has been dedicated to providing personalized care for 32 years. Her unique approach focuses on offering patients a fixed point of contact, ensuring clarity and trust throughout their treatment.

Under Ildiko's leadership, the thrombosis team successfully transitioned 1,000 patients to self-monitoring within a year and launched an innovative project where every patient is assigned a dedicated thrombosis care consultant. These consultants provide tailored guidance, visiting patients at home or meeting them at Isala locations, creating a bond of trust and continuity.
