Director Kao is the Superintendent Special Assistant and Director of the Laboratory at St. Martin De Porres Hospital. On top of that, he has been a senior assessor for the ISO15189 laboratory accreditation since 2009 and is also one of the latest ISO15189:2022 traditional Chinese version translators in Taiwan, China. Director Kao’s areas of specialization include Risk Management for Patient Safety and Bio-Risk Management (ISO35001). He is also an expert in LEAN Laboratory, Evidence-Based Laboratory Medicine, and Laboratory Quality Indicator Management.
