Prof. Robert de Jonge is the Department Head of the Clinical Chemistry, location AMC & VUmc, Amsterdam UMC Vice-chair Division 9 (laboratories), Amsterdam UMC. He is an innovative and result driven specialist generalist in laboratory medicine and a translational scientist in predictive biomarkers and personalized medicine. His main research interests are application of mass spectrometric technologies in routine clinical laboratories, therapeutic monitoring and implementation of machine learning and artificial intelligence in clinical practice.
