Jessie Conta is a licensed, certified genetic counselor who has been dedicated to promoting laboratory stewardship for over 15 years at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She led the genetic test stewardship program at Seattle Children’s and co-founded PLUGS® (Patient-centered Laboratory Utilization Guidance Services), a laboratory stewardship collaborative with a mission to improve laboratory test access, ordering, retrieval, interpretation and reimbursement.
